Service quality of Indian Banks is extremely sub-standard & entirely disconnected from customer needs & expectations, leaving depositors at bank's mercy. Why hasn't RBI tightened stds significantly like SEBI has done for Cap-mkts? @RBI @nsitharaman @PMOIndia @DasShaktikanta .
