Hi @MobiKwikSWAT payment deducted from ZIP account but the merchant did not receive payment, immediately next day statement is generated to pay, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, in APP HeLP section, complaint raised, got closed without resolution, pls help @MobiKwik @MobiwikSupport

I got a call yesterday saying a new professional will be assigned for the service & now I see its the same person who is suffering from COVID, r u guys even listening to your customers? @UC_Assist @urbancompany_UC There is no point in taking this forward & I wud like to cancel
