My therapist proposed the idea that I might have a fear of success and I have not been able to stop thinking about it because during one of my major traumas I was at the peak of my career (pre VL) maybe? Idk. I do feel like I could be more successful but ptsd is so weird

My photographer friend left yesterday, I really needed some quality time with a close friend ❤️ I’m tired now but I feel so much happier we took lots of pics for OF! A ton! I’m so proud of how much I did!!!!!! I HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOY 😉

I’ve been doing so well this week, every day I’ve been - streaming - walking - cooking healthy for myself - journalling - being at least a little social - doing 10 minute meditations also I’ve been feeling happier & thus made content for OF I hope this positive trend continues

I made that tweet, had a cry but then I did a 10 minute meditation Went for a 20 min walk listening to another meditation now I’m making myself a healthy breakfast I still feel like shit tbh but I’m still TRYING & I don’t know why my brain isn’t registering that as progress

I’ve been trying to be more social irl but I keep running into this problem that you have to talk to people to get to know them. Also spend time with them and I don’t want to talk to people I don’t know man LOL

I have a button that says “walk” near my door & my dog is so good with it! She never abuses it! She only presses it if start slipping out of my routine of 2 walks a day she is so good for me! I love my dog so much 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I’m having a really hard day & I really don’t want it to turn into an ENTIRE day so I’m doing my little self care things and it’s just not enough. I feel like I need a hug and some encouragement 😞
