NEW: Lyft Driver Arrested For Abduction Of Two Women In Virginia Is An Illegal Alien Released By The Biden Administration Prince William County: @DHSgov tells @BorderHawkNews that a detainer has been placed on Adar Bulut following his arrest of abduction by force. Bulut picked the women up and, during the ride, proposed that they pay a discounted rate to him rather than paying through Lyft, police said. As he was dropping them off around 12:30 a.m., an argument broke out over the price of the ride. Officers said Bulut drove a short distance, preventing the women from getting out of his vehicle. Bulut is a Turkish national, and on December 31, 2023, Border Patrol first encountered Bulut in Tecate, California after he crossed illegally. He was later released by the Biden administration in to the interior. A DHS spokesperson: “The safest way to arrest and remove criminal illegal aliens from our streets is by lodging arrest detainers. Because some sanctuary jurisdictions refuse to work with ICE law enforcement, criminal illegal aliens are released from jails into American communities to perpetuate more crimes. 7 of the top 10 safest cities in the United States cooperate with ICE." Amazon drops bid to tap depleted Virginia aquifer for data center amid backlash. 👏 The water permit wasn't even for cooling, but rather for employee use, grounds management and other purposes, for more than a dozen data centers proposed across the 869-acre property. However, the permit application came on the heels of a DEQ report (delayed for public release by 6 months) warned that groundwater east of I95 is “declining (in) availability in the near future,” and that the aquifer would not be able to handle any major new permits for water withdrawals. According to a letter from state Sen. Richard Stuart, “The (Virginia) Constitution guarantees the natural resources for the benefit and enjoyment of the citizens. We do not have any extra water,” Stuart said. “Why in the world would they allow Amazon to withdraw water from the aquifer and force a county of 29,000 people, a small rural county, to spend $70 to $100 million to get water from the river and require treatment?”

Payne’s preliminary injunction against the Democrats’ new law prohibiting Virginia localities from cooperating with the federal government’s immigration enforcement? The injunction supports existing 287(g) agreements but not future ones -- for now. ☑️But first, here are several lines from the Democrats’ state law that is now blocked for existing ICE & local 287(g) agreements: § 15.2-1726.1. Immigration enforcement agreements with federal authority; required provisions. “E. Any federal immigration enforcement agreement entered into or maintained in violation of this section shall be void and unenforceable. “F.
