इवेंट वाली दीदी मुख्यमंत्री @gupta_rekha के शासन में नवरात्री के चौथे दिन पावर कट का दूसरा तोहफा. इस बार @bsesdelhi ने सुबह का टाइम चुना ताकि लोग सप्लाई का पानी भी ना भर पाएं. वैसे तो 12 बजे रात तक लाउड-स्पीकर बजाने की छूट मिली है पर सुबह में रुलाना भी जरूरी है. @narendramodi
