This @inthesaltcity post got me looking deeper at the new NYSDOT I-81/Community Grid plan through Syracuse. Grid advocates talked for years about the benefits of connecting the SU Hill w/ the Southside more. By fully severing any intersection at MLK, this plan does the opposite.
