@Niva_Bupa Since 13 feb 2023 i raised a complaint on grievance and Tweeter till now nothing happened. Every time you just give me a new time frame.I am still waiting for my reimbursement so plz make it clear are you people going to reimburse or not?

There customer service, so called social media team and above all so called grievance officer all are good for nothing. Basically they all are fraud @flipkartsupport

Flipkart just keep there customer money for 10 days and then cancel the order and refund it.This is how they do business.@flipkartsupport

Now today I saw on my order section they cancelled my mobile so if you have to cancel my order why not on 23rd ? Why you people make fake promises that we will deliver your phone on or before 1st oct? @flipkartsupport

After complaining many times on call they just give new date for delivery. Then on 27th sept i complained on social media.The so called social media team call me and assured me that it will be resolved on1st oct. @flipkartsupport

I had ordered a ''Mobile '' from Flipkart on 22nd sep and the expected delivery date was 23rd sep. But till today I have not yet received the product. I have raised several complaints with Flipkart representatives but nobody is giving any resolution.@flipkartsupport
