Announcement: we are planning to release the Vue 3 migration build next week. It is a build of Vue 3 that provides configurable v2 compatible behavior.

Due to the non-trivial nature of the release, it will be released as 3.1. The original planned features for 3.1 are thus moved to 3.2. (This doesn't mean 3.2 will take longer, it's just shifting the planned feature set under a different version number).
