@nxwestmidlands You expect us to pay for a service yet I’ve been trying to get home from Dudley for over an hour and there’s been no buses despite saying they’re every 20 minutes. 😑 What a joke.

Why didn’t Voldemort hide all of his Horcruxes using the Fidelius Charm… so no one could find the location unless he told them… 🤔 #potterhead #potterplothole #harrypotter

Too many people will have to make a choice between heating and eating this Christmas. Even before the recent energy price hikes, 13% of households in England were classed as being in fuel poverty. Now is the time to bring energy into public ownership and properly cap prices.

Great carols candle light service tonight at @topchurchdudley. A busy masked crowd enjoying the band, organ and choir!

After applying for license renewal 6 months ago, and license expired 2 months ago and being unable to get anyone from @DVLAgovuk to contact me. My car is now SORN. Thanks DVLA for being so crap. @BBCWatchdog Sort them out. People shouldn’t have to deal with this.

@DVLAgovuk Sorry. Not good enough. I’ve been waiting 4 months for my license. I’ve emailed twice. Rang a thousand times. No news. No contact. Not good enough for a gov organisation. I will be contacting my MP and have made official complaints

@DVLAgovuk Need someone to contact me because I’ve been trying for months to get through on the phone and no one ever answers. I have contacted you twice on email, no response. This is ridiculous

@altgetheralanna @DVLAgovuk Last year it took me 9 months to get my license back after I was only supposed to lose it for 3. In the end I got in touch with my MP, and magically it came back within a few weeks. Think I’m gonna lodge an official complaint with the ombudsman or whoever’s in charge of this crap

@altgetheralanna @DVLAgovuk They’re ridiculous. Why not have a call waiting queue? I’d happily wait on hold for 5 hours if it meant I could actually speak to someone at the DVLA. They used to let you! Now it’s down to a million phone calls before you even get through. Stupid gov organisation.

@DVLAgovuk I’ve already checked. It says my current license has expired and no new one has been issued to me. So now what? I still have no way of knowing whether my application has been received nor how much longer this ridiculous process is going to take. Already waited 4 months. 😡😡

@DVLAgovuk Have no way of knowing if my application has even been received. For all I know it has been lost in the post as no one has contacted me or my Dr. Whole system is ridiculous.

If anyone’s looking for a job, go work for the @DVLAgovuk answering their phones. They clearly need some extra workers…. 🙄

Is there anything more disappointing than eating a whole tub of @benandjerrysUK Chocolate Fudge Brownie and not getting a single brownie? #notworththecalories #disappointed

@ArgosHelpers Now I’m waiting for a refund before I can actually purchase a cooker without installation so it’s gonna be another however many weeks before I can eat hot food. #hiresomemoreworkers

@ArgosHelpers What a joke! Ordered a cooker 9 days ago, was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery. They’ve offered me the 5th January. 🤨 Customer services said like it or lump it! (Pretty much) #furious #Argos #appalling #customerservice
