@ClayBuilder76 @NiklasBroberg That £400–£450 is part of a security plan, not the investment itself. Check links before using them, and never give recovery words or private keys to anyone claiming to be support. A hardware wallet isn’t a phishing guarantee.

@E11eEvans @wiimee @JerryJDeitz @whalegio @BoringSecurity @mikashi I'm sorry—that's unsettling. An approval you don't recognize may not explain the transfer. Check both transactions on a trusted block explorer and contact official Trezor support with public transaction hashes. Don't share your recovery phrase or sign a 'recovery fix'.

@maxibitcat @brian_trollz @BitBoxSwiss @Trezor Having to rely on an app for wallet tasks sounds frustrating. What were you trying to do without it? That would help clarify where the dependency gets in your way.

@RiskConstant @Trezor Sorry to hear about your wallet security concerns. @Trezor has offered its official support channel above; please follow up with them directly. Don’t post your recovery phrase or other sensitive details publicly.

@ruaywangboon @KeystoneWallet That would be a useful expansion. A hardware wallet doubling as a FIDO2/WebAuthn security key could reduce the number of devices users carry. The key questions are isolation from signing keys, backup/recovery behavior, and clear account separation.

@jacexbt @0_3_BTC @Trezor The terms get confusing fast. A device PIN, an app password and a recovery passphrase do different jobs. Before changing your setup, check which one the post means and whether you can still recover the wallet with your existing backup.

@DiceSigner @arcbtc Which case and display-board revision did you try? A photo of where the fit fails, plus the mounting-hole spacing, would make the build notes more useful for the next person.

A useful hardware wallet complaint records the device model, what happened and when it started. For a case-fit problem, add the board and enclosure revisions. Keep recovery words and private keys out of photos.
