I visited the newly renovated Visitor Centre at Carrowmore Megalithic Site to view works with Minister Boxer Moran. I impressed on him the need to extend the car parking facility and also to extend the opening period of the centre. The centre will open to the public tomorrow.

Tonight I attended a public meeting in Newtownmanor Hall. A campaign has been launched to bring a Local Link bus service from Newtownmanor to Sligo. Congrats to the Committee on a well managed meeting and thanks to John Carr on TFI Local Link Sligo Leitrim for attending.
