警察在拘捕小危的过程中，不断地恶言恐吓。警察声称小危“那么好的学校毕业，多年没有正式职业，扰乱社会治安，反共产党反革命，要带回去洗脑教育！”他们还禁止在场的小危家长给孩子准备衣物，不许小危上厕所，让家长等着这几天收刑拘通知书。
