@deidaart If he can afford the bike, he can ride it at his own pace. It's his first ride, so using flat pedals is completely normal. Clipless pedals take time to learn. And if he can afford to buy the bike he wants from the start, why shouldn't he? Stop judging others by your own standards

@kevvwill Van Rysel is truly a great choice. I'm keeping everything as it is, as this is more than enough for my current level. Your adjustments feel fantastic to me, and I also really appreciate their user-friendly design for the riding position. This is an exceptional racehorse.
