Good ideas are good ideas regardless of which side of the aisle they are coming from. Carney should invite Poilievre and Smith to join his cabinet. Poilievre to be the Minister of Justice. Smith to the Minister of Energy. That's what would be best for the country.

Just because Carney is the Liberal Leader, doesn't mean he's a liberal. Other than his stance on a couple of social issues, Carney is a pro-business, pro-capitalist, banker. Can't get more conservative than that. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.

The worst tax in 🇨🇦 history was not the Carbon Tax. The worst tax is the GST, put in place by the Conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. With the Carbon Tax, at least we knew what it was for. They lied about what the GST was for and we still have to pay it decades later.

Anyway you look at it, tariffs will end up costing us, the consumer: 1. Tariff = import tax: We'll pay more for the same imported goods. or 2. Tariff triggers manufacturing on-shoring: Manufacturing here costs more which means we will pay more for locally produced goods.
