@McDonaldsUK @UberEats @McDonalds @McDonaldsUK please can you advise how I can make a complaint? Uber have reached out but it was ordered via the MacDonalds app so it's your service that is unsatisfactory

Awful service from @McDonaldsUK & @UberEats.Order placed at 18:31, ready by 18.41 but wasn't able to connect to a driver so the food was delivered at 1930 but stone cold! Completely unsatisfactory

@McDonalds you need to find a new delivery service.Placed a McDelivery order at 18:31,order was ready 18:41 but couldn't locate a driver.Order finally delivered at 19.25 and unsurprisingly COLD.@UberEats or your support chat were helpful. The service and quality was unsatisfactory

@British_Airways my mum is still waiting on her compensation claim from July! I can see from other tweets she isnt the only one. How can it tale over 2 months to claim back money she is owed due to BAs poor service! only option is to escalate to CAA.

@DXdelivery i had delivery scheduled for today.. Driver arrived opened his Van doors then returned to his van. i then received a message to say he tried to deliver but no1 was home. It would help if he attempted to make the delivery!

and get back into his Van. Tried to call out but he had headphones in. Check the status on Hermes to see it says he attempted delivery.. Both times a lie! why offer the service of parcel collection if they dont collect!
