Avoid Sainsbury. No contactless payments are working. Just had to leave my whole trolley of shopping! They don’t tell you before you start shopping either. They like to let you fill up your trolley first so you waste your morning @sainsburys

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to cancel since June as I can’t afford it. Yet you’ve still been taking my money. I’ve had to cancel my direct debit as I can’t get through to anyone. Also I’m cancelling because the customer service is so bad.

Can’t believe how rubbish @LloydsBank online banking is. Couldn’t pay my rent today, couldn’t even transfer my daughters bus fare so she was left stranded at the bus stop ! And not even an apology. #itsmymoney #terriblecustomerservice

my dad used to get so mad every time my mom would come home w a new coffee mug (she likes to collect them) and her new bf literally built her a wall to display her collection. this is why we don’t settle for loser boys, ladies!!!!!
