The Prime Minister wouldn’t say how he will pay for his £46 billion unfunded promise to scrap National Insurance. Is he planning cuts to the NHS? The state pension? Or is he going to put up income tax? #PMQs
@wesstreeting If NI is scrapped that will be the end of the NHS as we know it ,and also many other public services
@wesstreeting Says Wes who laughs at fascism being enforced
@wesstreeting yawn yawn yawn zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
@wesstreeting Bit like Labour. Plenty of “plans” but never any detail of how they will be funded.

@wesstreeting @RachelReevesMP I see the cut and paste memo has been circulating. Any update on #taxdodger #2homes @AngelaRayner
@wesstreeting Works both ways! How will @UKLabour fund doubling the number of doctors, millions of extra NHS/GP appointments, £280billion on a 10 year green energy plan, £116billion on making the grid net zero, free school meals, 5000 new NHS dentists etc etc @wesstreeting How?
@wesstreeting No .. it's your lot that are going to put up taxes .. both indirect & income tax. Your darling shadow chancellor bird was asked to deny it ... twice. Declined to answer .. & as that two faced Starmer bloke knows, no comment means guilty!! I hate the Cons .. hate liars more though
@wesstreeting @RachelReevesMP Well they wud put up income tax, I though that was obvious. NI is a tax on income so an increase in income tax is how they wud replace lost revenue.And far from having a £46 billion blackhole, I’d wager they make sure that changes to income tax wud raise more than £46bn
