Thought he was quiet today but Doumbia still showed glimpses of his quality. His hold up play, strength and willingness to press and make runs off the ball is brilliant, especially at just 18 years old. We’ve got another gem on our hands for sure. #WatfordFC

Pretty shocked at leaving Pollock out here. As good as Abankwah and Keben were last week, Pollock has been one of our best players and is a key leader in the team. Extremely harsh on Mattie and a huge call.

Thought it was telling how good a level Louza is playing at when he brought down a bouncing ball before playing a few passes with just a few moments to go, when most would’ve cleared it into touch. Such a calming influence on the team and another vital performance.

Leeds at home tomorrow. Last season, it was Tom Cleverley’s first home game in charge, and it was the start of a 17 game unbeaten home run. Emmanuel Dennis was unplayable that night. #WatfordFC

I know it’s only been 45 minutes but what a difference Selvik has made. Impressive distribution and handling but most of all he’s brought a real calmness to the backline. Pollock and Abankwah looking so much more composed with him behind them.
