This is called damage control.
Although Meryl Streep will voice Aslan in Greta Gerwig's upcoming Narnia adaptation, multiple sources tell us that the performance is distinctly masculine. Earlier this week, Relevant Magazine reported on Aslan's voice in its coverage of the recent IMAX sneak preview event. A
@Andrewnsnyder Congratulations, Andrew. This is huge! I pray for your success.
A Black woman named Linda Davis has been killed during a recent ICE operation in Georgia. According to CNN, Linda who was in her first year as a special education teacher was hit by the vehicle of a man who was fleeing ICE agents. 🕊️💔
people don't seem to understand that ethnicity works differently in brazil than in north america. people don't say they're "italian-brazilian" or "norwegian-brazilian" the way you might say "italian-american". you're just brazilian, and in this case "branco"

Sad to see some friends abandoning the simplicity of the true gospel, embracing the idolatry of Roman Catholicism purely and clearly out of “vibes”. As if aesthetics were more important than truth. The devil comes up with new idols every day.

Finalmente um jogo divertido onde o Boss não vai me punir por errar o frame dele e me colocar em uma tela de GameOver - ⚔️ As vezes a gente so quer se divertir aproveitar o mundo os personagens a exploração - CHEGA DE TANTO SOULSLIKE ❌

I love Chris Nolan as much as the next guy. But you gotta stop calling movies amazing by just seeing the trailer.
reminds me of this quote by St. Augustine “People travel to wonder at the height of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motions of the stars, and they pass by themselves without wondering.”
She's been looking at her hands like this for 20 minutes. Hasn't made a peep.
Folks, you can just ignore terrible adaptations even exist. Companies will keep squeezing money out of the things with love while preaching their own worldview. We can just keep reading the books to our kids and live our lives that don’t revolve around entertainment. Be at peace.
Just saw an interview clip with Greta Gerwig talking about Narnia and after all of fifteen seconds I am begging someone to buy the rights to Narnia and cancel the Greta Gerwig adaptation before she ruins it
@LilaGraceRose And they’re aborted in part because doctors keep telling you life with a DS kid is incredibly hard. This is what happened to me and my wife every single appointment until the 24th week (we’re in MA). Jesse Cristie was born 2 weeks ago and he is an amazing baby worthy of life.
