Bitcoin attracts a lot of closet authoritarian dualistic thinkers. The extreme position bitcoin takes against things like central banking draws them in and due to the “success” bitcoin brings, they believe they’re also correct about other irrelevant things and feel empowered to compel others to think as they do. Sometimes this works out, but more often than not you just get what authoritarians always bring: inefficient cancel culture with dogma and mob tendencies. Stay humble and ignore authoritarians.

Intel just dropped the most powerful 7B model ever! - Top 7B on Huggingface's leaderboard. TL;DR: - Base model: Mistral 7B. - Fine Tuned on: SlimOrca - DPO: LLaMA-13B vs ChatGPT Gens (Prefer ChatGPT) --- - Model: huggingface.co/Intel/neural-c… - SFT Dataset: huggingface.co/datasets/Open-… - DPO Dataset: huggingface.co/datasets/Intel… - Code: github.com/intel/intel-ex… - License: Apache 2 --- --- Unique Hardware: Trained on Habana Labs's 8x Gaudi2 mezzanine accelerators! I didn't get to try the accelerators myself yet. To the best of my knowledge | Hardware TL;DR: - Comparible in performance to A100. - 96GB on device RAM. [1] Paper arxiv.org/abs/2310.06825 --- Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) Trained on SlimOrca [1][2] - SlimOrca is a subset selection of Orca that only includes ~500k GPT-4 completions. - The selection was done using GPT-4 to remove answers which appear wrong based on the orinigal FLAN targets. We currently witness that most of the most powerful models over the past month were trained with DPO. This model was trained on prompts from SlimOrca's dataset where each has one GPT-4 completion and one LLaMA-13B completion. The model trained to prefer GPT-4 over LLaMA-13B. [1] DPO Paper: arxiv.org/pdf/2305.18290… --- Intel's Codebase To be honest: I was skeptical when I found out about Intel's claims. Usually new hardware is not trivial to work with. But I must give credit where credit is due. Intel fully support Huggingface's trainer for all stages of modern LLM training: - Causal Language Modeling - Supervised Fine Tuning - Reinforcement Learning From Human Feedback (Both PPO and DPO) - And LoRA. Everything has easy and Minimalistic (thank you!!!) code examples and you can run whatever you want with a push of a button. The performance is state-of-the-art as written above. I will try to reproduce their whole pipeline experiment end-2-end over the next few days and report back to you. --- In Addition! Habana's hardware is developed in Israel! 🇮🇱

Arweave will play a pivotal role in the growth of decentralized machine learning models. As these models scale, so must the verification of their outputs. Each proof will have a permanent onchain home on a fully decentralized protocol.

@The0xJuan People seem to have forgotten that #Bitcoin hit $65k in mid 2021 and went all the way back down to $28k in the summer before coming back above $65k again Y’all follow She’s a super underrated Bitcoiner who I’ve been following her tweets and tip closely Follow her #HODL

BTC rotating into alts has been the norm during the last couple of cycles. However, now you’ll have to account for Ordinals and Runes first. The reason is quite simple. Bitcoin typically moves first during a bull market, attracting attention and investment. In past cycles, once Bitcoin’s price begins to stabilize or its growth slows, investors shift their focus, seeking new opportunities to maximize returns by diversifying their portfolios and investing in alts. Compared to Bitcoin, alts are perceived to have higher growth potential: lesser liquidity can lead to larger price movements on smaller investments. This pattern has been the norm: Bitcoin provides liquidity and a gateway for new capital entering the cryptocurrency market. The interesting part is that during the last major alt seasons, there was essentially nothing investment-worthy within Bitcoin itself. There were no low-cap assets to invest in, no NFTs, and no fungible tokens within Bitcoin. All the riskier investments resided in alts. This time around, you have to consider a thriving ecosystem within Bitcoin: Ordinals and Runes. It doesn’t mean that there won’t be an alt season; of course, there will be (the market will increase in size again), but two protocols will receive inflows first: Ordinals and Runes. The liquidity is already there in BTC, and it is likely to move first to riskier BTC-related assets.

in order to buy 1 brc-20 with unisat wallet you first need to make 20 mints (inscriptions) these mints clog the chain, fill the charts with more ordinal % and make tx fees go up alerting more people into the phenomenon, making them each mint 20 more brc-20s to buy 1 brc-20

I’ve been putting out as many custom LuLu’s per day as possible while also running operations for the upcoming OD Mint But these aren’t just customs They are all of us as an active community personified through color A snapshot of this era Who wants to make history?

as bitcoin becomes more widely desirable thanks to the ETFs, how are people going to flex their bitcoin-savviness to friends? by screenshotting their fidelity accounts? or by showcasing their immortalized, culture-defining bitcoin jpegs?

Ugh ok rare Yuga support post. I’m not paid to say this… Ok here I go: If you look at this as a chess board Yuga had limited moves. 1. Raise another round which upsets people 2. Buy Kevin rose trash but get treasury 3. Do nothing and take massive risks which isn’t an option Buying Moonbirds was the best option. If apes wants to see an irl club and games finished this was the necessary path. I also think Yuga is not a “project” it’s a conglomerate now. It’s very hard to keep your ear to the ground at that size. Maybe they need some new hires there.
