I've damaged my body through restricting and unhealthy habits but I don't have to continue doing that- health is important!
This past month I've really made progress. Not only seeing results in my body but also in the way I think, in the way I see myself
I haven't been on this account in a while..
Idk if my thighs are bigger because of muscle or because of fat but I'm not okay with either #IWANTTINYTHIGHS
I started to lift weights,despite the fear of becoming bulky and manly, I can see changes in my stomach- it's getting flatter!
I don't want to look into the mirror and cry anymore. I am a work in progress & I don't have to hate myself the whole way through
I'm working on having more positive thoughts, I'm not going to be so strict with my eating and I am going to love myself
studying for finals has got me stress eating. FINALS ARE GONNA MAKE ME FAT😫
