Listen I am never buying another share of CHTR again in my lifetime but I just read someone say that FYBR is better than CHTR so feels like that’s at least something
Will you make money owning CHTR? No. Will CHTR ever go up in your lifetime? No. Is it well managed? No. Does the capital structure make sense? No. Should you consider buying the stock? No. Is FYBR better than CHTR? Also no.
Wow I had never bothered to actually look at SNAP's financials but going ex-growth and losing $1.3B on $4.6B of revenue is honestly a bit impressive. Truly difficult for me to think of any businesses with that much revenue and worse unit economics?
I am actually in awe of this. These financials belong in the Louvre.
Interesting article in the WSJ about the defense primes pushing back on big, fixed price programs. Not an expert here, but do people think this will be successful for them? If so, seems like it decreases long-term inflation-linked business risk. wsj.com/politics/natio…

Forward P/E for utilities compares to SPY. Does anyone have data going farther back? Mine stops out in 2010 and was curious to see the valuation spread in the mid 2000s when rates were a bit higher.
