@eDreams I am now worried that I won’t get a refund at all. Can you please do more to help £468 is lot of money to me. I received an invoice from the airline saying that I had been refunded. I believe that this money has gone to you. You are not helping. Such a poor service

@eDreams are so bad. My flights were cancelled a year ago still no refund despite paying for their insurance. It’s terrible

@edreams have still not refunded me for my flights last summer. The customer service is so poor they keep me in a loop of emails. Can you help me by retweeting this to see if we can spur them into action.

@edreams are no help booked flights with them 11 months ago. The flights were cancelled still no refund. Do not book with them you do not get refunded even when you buy their insurance 😥

@MoneySavingExp can you help? I am still waiting on a refund on flights booked through @eDreams. They were cancelled in August last year, it’s been 11 months!, This is despite my constant efforts to get the money back.

@edreams customer service terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 11 months later and still no nearer a refund for a flight cancellation. Come @edreams sort me out. I really need the money back. So poor

11 months into an application for a refund for cancelled flights and @eDreams send me the same email as they sent 11 months ago. “Airlines are taking up to 3 months to refund”. I feel that the customer service is so poor. I am still having to do all the chasing up.

Do not book with @eDreams. They have still not fully paid me back for me flights last summer. Telling me I have had my refund, when in fact I have received less that 1/2 of it. The customer service is terrible

@eDreams I am still waiting for a refund 10 months after my flight was cancelled. I have contacted numerous times. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across
