@leicsccc We have been docked only 19 points fewer than Yorkshire were for actual institutional racism. Just utterly despicable.

@SamMartinFPL Totally agree with this, accountability required. I would say, in mitigation, that the ECB is relentless in its insistence that we are financially sustainable which is probably why we have taken such a stupid risk with this in the first place.

@Ashleypp1986 @lcccmembers @leicsccc Seems strange. But two experienced wicket keepers already contracted for next year with a backup option soon to be announced. I imagine limited resources need to be deployed elsewhere given that we have barely been able to put a seam attack on the field without emergency loans.

@georgecurtis22 @OOCLeicsCCC The same number of international players on each side sounds like a good starting point for a level playing field wouldn’t you say? On the squad sizes, simply not true that we have the same number of players on our payroll.

@georgecurtis22 @OOCLeicsCCC Are you aware of any financial disparity between us and Notts or the fact they host Test matches and have a Hundred franchise? They have a squad of around 30 players, we have around 20. They still had more internationals on the field than us yesterday.
