@wintonARK It’s like taking leverage out on a winning lottery ticket before you’ve cashed it.
@GrousARK I think it’s analogous to lending on a house based upon the price of current active property listings (and ignoring the 5 houses that may have sold below list over the past couple of weeks) and thinking you are secured because you can force the homeowner to sell on 24 hour notice
