Hermes you are a disgrace, you couldn't run a bath, let alone a delivery company. You should try having a customer service department. It's used by proper companies to help customers, when things go wrong #hermesparcels

ipostparcels Parcel not collected today. Consignment 82611773343558. Order no 2349301 . usual driver on holiday, so no alternative driver has been allocated this collection? Why is this? Please let me know when it will be collected
