@cityoftoronto I had the item in my cart for over an hour but it wouldn’t let me load my cart to check out. I emailed the customer service address but haven’t heard anything yet.

@porterairlines I flew from YYZ to TPA on Thursday and my husband left our kids jackets in the overhead. How do we track them down? Thanks!

I think it’s so crazy that I checked into my @AirCanada flight 24 hrs before and my seat assignment is standby. Like how do I not have a seat on this flight that I booked weeks/months ago??

@Lynx_Air trying to book flights on your website but the only option to pay is with a voucher. No option to pay with credit card. Has been like this for at least 24 hrs.

@nofrillsCA I bought Quaker granola bars this weekend at a store in Toronto and assumed they weren't part of the recall because they were on your shelves. Apparently they are recalled. What are the next steps (I likely don't have my receipt).

Yorkdale needs an emergency evacuation plan. There is no way we should been allowed to enter the parking garage while the mall is on lockdown. Have been sitting in the same spot trying to evacuate for 20 mins. People still getting on elevators to mall.@TorontoPolice @CityNewsTO

@AmazonHelp received a gift card for my bday via email and keep getting emails saying I can't use the claim code. Have chatted with 6 agents and spoken to one. Told to send an email and would hear back in 24 hr. Still nothing. Was trying to buy an item and now it's sold out.

@PhilipsCare It won’t because I’m done with Philips. This was also the least helpful customer service response.

I bought @PhilipsCare TV about a year ago and now the sensor doesn't work. Apparently the warranty is also only a year. How does a sensor stop working after a year? Best solution customer service could offer? Sending me to a service centre 1.5 hrs away! Don't buy Philips TVs.

@CTA_gc @JustinTrudeau Thank you! How does this impact cases already within the queue? Do I need to refile on September 30th?

Hi @CTA_gc , what's the plan to reduce the case backlog? My case, which I filed in May, is #42,608. We need an agency that will quickly and efficiently resolve cases. @JustinTrudeau , something is broken here and it needs to be fixed.
