This is exactly how a fraudulent operation would look: contradictory explanations, money that cannot be properly accounted for, and now blocking me from reaching customer care. I have attached below all the responses MTN has been giving me for over five days. @MTNNG @ConsumersNCC

@MTNNG @ConsumersNCC because I have been reporting this to MTN for several days, I have spoken to multiple agents and a supervisor, and I am still receiving contradictory resolutions instead of a solution. I have the screenshots, complaint references and responses available as evidence. #mtnfraud

@MTNNG Please escalate this beyond ordinary customer service and have someone from the appropriate team review the transaction history, loan records, failed data transaction and all the previous complaint responses. @ConsumersNCC I am escalating this to you as well.

@MTNNG Scammed me on Sunday 4th October 2026. Here is exactly how it happened. I need this complaint escalated to someone who can actually investigate it, because your customer service has spent the last 4 to 5 days giving me contradictory responses instead of resolving the issue

@razedcom is a scam imagine their good and bad rating is 50/50 and usually they hire people to write good reviews about them but still have a almost 50/50 good and bad review. If you like trust them with your money. You will be better off in any other online casino at all!
