@AskAmex Why can't you get me Priority Pass when I've spent the money to get a Platinum card and spent hours on the phone with you and with Priority Pass. Why do I have to keep calling you all and getting the same answers and given the same invalid Priority Pass card number?

@VirginVoyages, great trick confirming us for 1 room, changing to a different one, and then telling us to screw off. If I was in charge of customer service, I might have said, “We’re sorry that happened. Here’s a drink voucher and we will try to fix this.” 0 stars, guys. NONE.

@NETGEAR you guys gonna answer your phone anytime soon? Your “easy” installation wasn’t so easy and now I’m almost 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

@seafolly I have been trying to get in touch with someone about my many attempts to return a purchase. No one answers your phone or emails and your returns form doesn’t work. If someone doesn’t reach out to me soon I will be filing complaints with the BBB, my state, etc...

The girl I sponsored from the Boys and Girls Club angel tree only wanted a specific sweatshirt sold by Fanjoy. Despite the fact that I ordered in November, @FanjoyCo and @erikacostell were unable to get me the shirt in time for her to have it for Christmas. What a shame.
