My house had always looked fairly clean b/c I was afraid of my husband yelling at me. Proactive cleaning meant less yelling. Now he's gone & I've had to fend off heavy guilt as the mess builds. Then a friend introduced me to body doubling. Incredible tool w/o the yelling. #ADHD
