One of my biggest newbie mistakes as a domain investor was buying a domain name with only one potential buyer. Avoid this if you want to control the price during the negotiation. Be one seller with many buyers, so you control the price. #domains

IMO, there're still $10,000, $20,000, $50,000 or $100,000 #domain name available for hand-reg. However, you need to think globe and learn more future demands. I'm currently researching the next hand reg domain that will sell for $100k
