This is my Nexon Petrol manual transmission car - 2021 model. It became almost dead on Ladakh terrain, as soon as you upshift to 2nd gear the car became unresponsive. RPM will not increase no matter how hard you press the accelerator. @TataMotors @ravi_DDS @MotorOctane

I raised the complaint next day in the morning. Since then I have been trying to get this resolved but @dominos_india did not resolved the issue. Last call I got from them was 4days back, they told they will update me but no update so far. @zomatocare @zomatoin

I am saying that I do not want to get it repaired since this is a brand new product & if it requires repair on the first day thaan maybe I ordered a substandard product. I am asking for replacement & still have not heard from @flipkartsupport . @consaff please help. (2/2)
