@truemed is shady. Don't buy exercise gear where they claim to help you HSA/FSA. Their letters get rejected "Please submit a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed practitioner." Of course, no contact features. #uxfail

Word is, a paid @Instagram service will include help when your account is hacked. Lol just kidding. @meta doesn't care. engadget.com/social-media/m…

@ASpruill24838 @instagram I guess it would not surprise me if a bug was suspending people and intentionally bad design is preventing everyone from asking for help!

It's hard to conceive of how impossible @instagram help is. Account compromised and no way back in. Every link and button loops back, errors"try again later," or does literally nothing, goes nowhere.

@ID_AA_Carmack They wired mine up in the last intuitive order besides. Each switch's light is roughly the one farthest from it. And the lamp outlets are indistinguishable. Been complaining for ages.

Literally cannot find a way to contact @instagram about repairing my account access. Are white-hat hackers and @legalshield really the only options?? How is this inaccessibility even legal?! #stumped

Anyone know what to do when @instagram no longer lets you log in, just blanks and loops back when you follow the "think I've been hacked" link, but still shows up correctly in Facebook as account-linked? #infuriating

So, what, 5-10 years before federal deficit is half GDP?

Notably, the long-term debt cycle coincides with the 4th turnings. I mainly focus on what's happening quantitatively (debt). But keeping in mind the changing social/geopolitical dynamic is a nice accompaniment to that. Old institutions/norms facing entropy, death, rebirth. 🧵

Translucent UI is usually a bad idea outside of movies and non-critical game interfaces. The early moments of joy are fleeting, while the usability issues remain. Windows and Mac have both been down this road before, but I guess a new generation of designers needs to learn the lessons anew. Sigh.

I am a graphics programmer, and here's my feedback on Apple's Liquid Glass beta. The idea is cool, but it's difficult to work with from a UX perspective. Let's start with the main problems: 1 - Low Contrast: It's clearly not readable, but there are many different ways to fix it.

@Grubhub_Care sent me a 35% email promo. Spent time setting up an order, then got "promo has expired." Of course, the promo says it's valid until the end of the month. No way to contact, and replying to the promo bounces. #ux sucks, never improves. #dontmakemelaugh #hereforyou
