@CBSTVStudios @StarTrek Can we please replace whoever is responsible for these horrendous Strange New Worlds episodes? This season has completely lost Star Trek fans. Talk about trashing a franchise. What in the world are you all thinking?

@NYCMayor FDNY EMS is now 4! years! Without a contract! Almost 5! Years! Since a regular raise! Everyone has left, there’s no ambulances and no experience. Kindly save your online recognition and fix this horrible miserable travesty that we are forced to live in. Get FDNY EMS a contract!

It has been 1,662 days since FDNY EMS received a raise. That’s 4 years, 6 months, and 20 days. This is fine 🏠🔥

@NYCMayor @NotifyNYC The FDNY EMTs and Paramedics that will be serving during this emergency have not had a raise in almost 5 years, and make on average 40% less than their sister emergency services counterparts. They can’t pay rent and are desperate.

The NYC's Mayor’s office has made data available that permits a direct comparison of occupational risks between firefighters and the EMS professionals employed by the fire department. ems1.com/fdny/fdny-safe…

Photo at the scene where five people died in a car wreck. An "EMS worker seeming to be overcome with exhaustion and grief" EMTs and paramedics should be made of iron or steel, but we are only made of flesh and blood.

@Dr_iPh0ne Love your work. Do you do anything similar to this for ultra wide screen monitors? Like something in 6880×2880 43:18 or 3440×1440 43:18?

@GreatClips @GreatClipsCares What’s up with online check in? I check in, it says 40 mins wait, and says to show up 15 mins before appointment. At 20 mins, it changes back to 40 mins. Staff here says it’s my fault for using the system and checking the wait time? What’s the point?

Please keep Paramedic Allen Carns in your thoughts after the sudden death of his his wife one day before their 12 year Anniversary. Penny's sudden death leaves Allen as the sole caretaker for their young daughter. @NYCEMSwatch gofund.me/a10e6d09

My power’s really low, so this may be the last image I can send. Don’t worry about me though: my time here has been both productive and serene. If I can keep talking to my mission team, I will – but I’ll be signing off here soon. Thanks for staying with me.

People were so toxic to Mojang that were getting the sign update

So people freaked out so much about alleged “missing” features in previous versions that Mojang is afraid to even name the next update yet. Can hardly blame them I suppose #MinecraftLive #Minecraft

For all my fellow space reporters, here's some breaking news about the moon Europa - close to the surface there seems to be essentially no radiation at all, allowing for lander misisons! THREAD! @We_Martians @PlanRad @exploreplanets @SciGuySpace @lorengrush @marinakoren

Her name was Allison Russo-Elling. She was a World Trade Center first responder on 9/11. She was an EMT, Paramedic and Lt with @FDNY for 24 years. She was a mother and a daughter. Today someone stabbed her to death in an unprovoked attack while she was working. Heartbreaking.

Alison was a front line officer with FDNY EMS. EMS Lieutenants are the only supervisors in NYC emergency services that do not have a partner, and are required to respond to emergencies alone. Gunshot victims, stabbings, crimes in progress, EMS officers go ALONE. Why?

Alison was one of the kindest, most compassionate, most loving people I’ve ever met. This was us joking around, smiling together after a call, circa 2008/2009. I miss her. Rest easy Ali. #FDNY #LODD #TheWorkIsDifferent #EMS

@BilldeBlasio You could have served the hardworking EMTs and Paramedics of FDNY EMS with fair wages and equal pay for equal work. Instead you promoted discrimination of the EMS service. You treated the EMS heroes like garbage. You should be ashamed. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

@WHEC_JLewke @RochesterNYPD @MonroeAmbNY What an utter failure of a @RochesterNYPD member to control his insecurities and emotions as he assumes he is most important person in the room. Appalling to watch this video. It is extremely disconcerting. Absolute shame brought on his department.

When I wake up and the WiFi doesn’t work I assume I forgot to pay the bill. When WiFi and cellular both lack internet I assume the world is ending. Which begs the question - do I even get out of bed and go to work on the last day of the world? #internetdown
