@hudsonsbay can you believe I ordered a discounted item on Boxing Day and they cancelled my order! I have never had a company do that in my life. HB is really disappointing lately. Went from top service to worst.

@TheUPSStoreCare You claimed to ship something that was never delivered. It was a complete lie. The cameras so not lie. Where is the package?

@PORTERCABLE bought the Brad Nailer BN200C new. Right out of the box the nailer head misfired and jams here and there. Contacted support and honestly not the best service or product. Wouldn’t recommend it.

@francoislegault Hanukkah starts December 10th. How is it that Christmas is recognized for gatherings of 10 people while Hanukkah is not?

@VilleLongueuil Longueuil rejoignez vous le programme de remboursement de la Diva Cup? Réduire les déchets dans le système d'égouts de la ville semble être une excellente initiative. shorturl.at/stST0

@delissio I emailed you about your quality control. I waited months for a response. I have not bought another one of your pizzas because of your customer service. This is not acceptable quality control!

@disneyplus so disappointing that I ordered a service today and have a seven day trial but can’t even test it because it doesn’t work on my amazon Firestick. I hope you guys offer everyone an extension or some type of credit for the service we can’t access.

@ArloSmartHome it’s too bad Arlo has a great product but the ultimate worst customer service ever. Also they pay services rarely work. Don’t invest in their Smart plans. It does not work all the time. Even their ticket system doesn’t work. They sent me an email link...result

@amazonca again your customer service is terrible. Your escalation department is great. Ordering from you is terrible. Prime eligible item at checkout not eligible for free shipping only priority at a cost. Why pay prime One week of problems as a prime member. Very disappointed.

@AmazonHelp The two items were ordered at the same time and day and shipping label created at the same time and same day. Puralator sees the label created but no request for pick up. Your customer service says the only thing they can do is open a ticket and wait or return it. Not acceptable

@amazonca if you want to pay for amazon prime and have the worst possible customer service then sign up to Prime and do not expect to get anything they promise other than a bill annually. I spent $2000 on items in an order and they can’t help track down a lost item.

@AmazonHelp They suggested a wait until today. Then they suggested I cancel the order and replace. Then they suggested I return all the items and if I need them sooner than they can resolve to buy elsewhere. All not acceptable. It is in your warehouse.

@HyundaiCanada A lack of commitment to your customer is a customer that lacks commitment to you. If this is the service you bring to the table then customers will not continue to buy a brand new car from a company that doesn’t back their commitment to the customer.

@HyundaiCanada Someone was supposed to call back from Hyundai Canada over a week ago and not so much as an email or message saying we will be in contact shortly. 5 year guarantee is only as good if someone acknowledges the problem and responds to the issue.

@ArloSmartHome I have to say you are up there with one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Your agents do not know their products or how they work at all. I literally called 3 times to different agents expecting one of them to be a little better but no. Wow!
