We’ve gone from good faith policy debates to accusing entire swaths of the electorate as “evil.” When you label the other side as evil, of course there can be no negotiation. The system breaks down. We are headed quickly towards not having a recognizable America.

The fact that both sides are looking for political motives indicates that they’re both eager to blame an ideology instead of a whacko. Both sides have whackos and both sides have good people. Neither side teaches that murdering opponents is ok. Read that last line again.
