@flexibits Hi. Installed the latest fantastical app in iOS 17 PB. Lock Screen shortcut turned into a square. Used to be a circle. Just looks out of place.

@mercuryweather 👋 I’m trying iOS 17 PB and noticed that widgets are not working for Mercury. Shows up blank.

@mercuryweather Will there be more weather sources in the near future like Apple Weather service?

@flexibits @JBoDEAN I’m sure the freeloaders will be thrown a bone. There are 12 widgets after all. I also thought the subscription price was high, especially when I only use it on iPhone but I still bit the bullet. There better be some kick ass widgets for premium subscribers to keep them happy 😊

@flexibits I ended up subscribing in preparation for iOS 14. I would like to see a widget the shows the current date so I don’t have to keep the stock calendar icon on my home screen. Maybe include current weather as well on the 2X4 widget size if possible.

@flexibits Would you consider a cheaper subscription in the future for iOS devices only? I only have an iPhone. It seems overkill to pay $40 per year so I just keep using my free version. Maybe $20 to use on iOS and Watch OS only?

@kyrumo @CuprakGrant @glorpisblerg @Davidmgd_ @flexibits Yep. The subscription is optional. All the features I had with F2 are still there for free.

@mannyorduna @chrismessina @paste_app @flexibits @brianmcc 1. Subscription features are clearly labeled so you will never be nagged if you don’t tap on them. 2. Big deal. I used the Apple sign in option. Painless. 3. They are working on offering family pricing. 4. What we get for free is what we had with F2 + we get new UI/maintenance.

@CuprakGrant @glorpisblerg @Davidmgd_ @kyrumo @flexibits Yeah I’m going to go pay for substandard alternative apps when I can continue using F3 for free.🙄

@mannyorduna @chrismessina @paste_app @flexibits @brianmcc Whatever. You don’t have to subscribe to keep using F3. So offering a refreshed UI and ongoing maintenance for free is greed? 🙄 Flexibits has been more than generous. I know people have been having issues with the Watch app but a fix is coming.

@flexibits Thank you for not engaging the attention whores who don’t understand that you can continue to use Fantastical without a subscription.

@flexibits I love Fantastical. So beautiful and a joy to use. Granted, I don’t have an Apple Watch so I can’t comment on that situation. Some people are hating on the subscription price but I don’t understand why. 1Password and Ulysses charge about the same.

@brackintosh @callchrislater @flexibits @nspektorapps That makes a lot of sense. Spend $7 on another app instead of continuing to use F3 for free like I’m doing.

@skraicer @flexibits @CreativeDojo Subscription is OPTIONAL. We all got the benefits of V3 without having to pay a dime. I will eventually subscribe to fund the continuous development of the platform.
