I’m not trolling or trying to be funny. Can a white western person explain to me why they hate open air markets/ food stalls? I’ve been to like 20 countries and this is normal even in places like Seoul and Shanghai, you will find people selling fruit on the street.

It’s a genuine question. Do y’all think it’s dirty and prefer your fruits plastic wrapped and under fluorescent Walmart lights? I’m really genuinely good faith asking why y’all hate street food and open air shops. It’s so common everywhere.
@zapatas_mom The corporations have gaslit them to think that way. They think "food" comes from corporations, not from the ground. lol
@zapatas_mom OP’s US flag is a big giveaway into her thinking. Also her profile… she definitely has an issue with the people more than the stalls themselves. Folks love them a food truck/farmers market etc.
@zapatas_mom Even if you didn’t want it to be funny or trolling it actually makes itself look like one because the unhygienic nature of the street vendors who are mostly illegal immigrants setting up shops to escape being questioned makes it look like a 3rd world country that’s the difference
@zapatas_mom Can a yellow Asian person explain the allure of a bug cabob?
@zapatas_mom Black western person here they have problems with CERTAIN KINDS of open air markets open air farmers markets are just fine with these folks... because what race are most American farmers? but markets with vendors of color... especially immigrants - & they fly into a rage
