tonight i had @DoorDash delivery 30 mins away. as platinum i received zero star support for an order issue. they geniously closed the order while i was driving so the address disappeared! the whole thing got botched and i am the one docked!!?? unacceptable!!

cancelled and closed locations show up as 'OTHER' and then they delete all those dispatches so there is no way to reference them. unacceptable and cheating us of our money & time @DoorDash_Help @DoorDash
