Entire service period There is no any assured career promotion for direct SSE who joined railway in level 7. This issues can be resolved by single assured promotion to avoid depression. #Group_B_TO_DIRECT_SSE

@dlwtk @PMOIndia You are right. Even center circulates something, lobbyists at the outermost periphery delay or resist the things when it matters decentralization of power and money through public welfare. Such officials take every measure to loot govt money:ex: by pass of e.metr at govt qtr!OMG!
