Only the very naive think they can drink alcohol, abuse themselves with coffee and ingest other toxins and be healthy. We buy our results.
It’s a basic inarguable truth; by banning all white sugar, salt, coffee / caffeine, alcohol and tobacco, 98% of disease vanishes in 90 days.
Unless we keep water handy and remove all that is not water such as soda, energy drinks, coffee, teas, etc. we will remain dehydrated.
Everyone has a dream, by helping people to succeed, you also enable them to help others in return.

Do not wait for others to stand up for the truth, stand up yourself, or you will just reinforce the lie.
You resolve nothing while you blame everyone & everything for your problems, be brave, take ownership of your poor choices.
You do not have to suffer alone, God is just a thought away, a moment of silence will open the door for God to come through.
Actions have consequences, & if you persist in acting without thinking, you will continue to get what you asked for.
Act out of wisdom, stop reacting out of anger & haste, for that just brings needless conflict.
As you know two wrongs do not make a right, do not fight fire with fire, find the solution that stems from understanding.
Be patient the answer will come like a flower unfolding to the sun, the answer will unfold in the light of understanding.

If it is not pure & loving, then it is not from God, understand the difference, the ego will speak loudest until you do.
