Anyone successfully tapered off #aripiprazole? I've gone from 15mg to 10mg, all good. My doctor is thinking 5mg next, is that too big a jump? I was thinking 7mg then 5mg. Everything I've read says go slowly.... #bipolar

Confidence comes from being vulnerable, not by shielding yourself. It is a function of exposure. The more you are exposed to challenges, the more you grow. To grow in confidence, you must first be open to embarrassment. Get your feet wet, there is no other way.
