I've been on a binge spiral for the better part of 2 years now its actually time to stop its not funny anymore
@Blossomstudies After i quit, my mental health got noticeably better simply because I wasn't dealing with the everyday stressors that come with that job. It's a big decision, I was hesitant to quit, but im sure glad I did. Im here to talk if you ever need <3
@Blossomstudies I used to work at mcdonalds. I was there for 1 1/2 years, half of that time I was a shift manager. Working at mcdonalds is not an easy job! If you do quit, I suggest checking out mercari or another website like that to sell things that you don't use/need for a bit of income
Finished product. 190cal 😋 These will stay good in the fridge for a few days, and it tastes better if left in the fridge overnight before eating
After the chia seed mixture becomes a pudding, add as much of the chocolate pudding as desired and other toppings. For this im using frozen strawberries &blueberries (about 30cal) and1tbsp of coconut flakes (25cal). The grand total is 190cal per serving when recipie is split in 3
