Hey so i figured out the reason i can’t lose weight no matter how much i starve once i hit 190 is i probably have lipedema lmao weird little bloody spongey fat deposits that are non metabolic and can’t be lost through caloric deficit hahahahah god dammit
and repeated attempts at weight loss and subsequent regain probably made it worse :’) cus you once you gain those little awful deposit nodules then you can’t ever lose it and as people gain more they end up under pressure to try to lose and then… google stage 4 lipedema
