To my people in Georgia, I will still remain heavily involved in the campaign for STAR Voting! To the people of Ohio, I will champion whichever cardinal voting method gains the most traction.

@reason Ranked Choice Voting has several flaws which we've seen in Vermont, New York, Alaska and elsewhere. STAR Voting gets rid of costly runoff elections while addressing the problems of RCV.

@ajc We are glad that Georgians are participating in the runoff election, but this would not be necessary if the state had STAR Voting. STAR stands for "score-then-automatic-runoff", and allows voters to cast their full ballot only one time.
@atldemsoc STAR voting or even Approval voting could have prevented this runoff election from occurring. What is your take on that?

The midterm election was yesterday, but Georgians will be asked to vote again next month in the runoff election for US Senate. STAR Voting would make this obsolete. Voters would never have to return for a runoff. #Midterms2022 #Georgia
