Hey @sling & @slingtvsupport, your feed is a mess. Buffering and freezing on all channels. Can’t watch @NYRangers game and it’s the @NHL playoffs. Is anyone on this? Any response? Customer service is non-existent

@ESPNPlusHelp I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I still have no audio when trying to watch any games. Why am I paying for such a spotty streaming service? Once again, a frustrated paying customer

Hey @ESPNPlusHelp what’s up with the sound on @NHL games tonight? There is no audio for any games that are on tonight. I’m using an Apple TV device. It doesn’t matter which teams feed I select…there is no audio.

@ESPNPlusHelp,once again the feed for @Avalanche game does not work. I’m in NY so it’s not blacked out. What gives? Haven’t seen a single Avs game all season. Remind me why I’m paying for this subpar streaming service? Please get your IT people on this.

@KenPLarson @ESPNPlusHelp @Avalanche It’s so frustrating. I’ve been dealing with the same issue since Oct and @ESPNPlusHelp hasn’t been able to fix the issue. At least tonight’s Av’s game is on NHL Network. Thus far Avs games that have been available on ESPN+ don’t stream on Apple4k TV.

Again @ESPNPlusHelp feed for @Avalanche game is not working. Showing up as “Blackout” on screen & I’m in NYC. Game is clearly listed on ESPN+ sched. What gives with your app & @NHL coverage? Haven’t been able to stream a single avs game all season.
