@BellaBowenskia @Kia Same. No replies to X DMs, or any @Kia customer service emails.

@Kia for such reliable vehicles, it’s a shame your customer service isn’t the same. Been in a frustrating loop for over a week with your team for something simple, but the service has made it ridiculous. #help #kia

@bigtenNetwork @bigten @MSU_Basketball Izzo and MSU are a class act and fun to watch. Big 10 refs are a dumpster fire of talent.

It's April 2nd, but apparently @SouthwestAir computer systems are still a joke.

@StateFarm You've easily now earned top spot as THE worst service or product I've EVER been a consumer of. Congrats from a 25 yr (soon former) customer. The degradation of your corporate mothership has been sad to watch.

@SouthwestAir Thank you, Austin. I'm not a big fan of Southwest right now, and it likely will pass. Grace is deserved when genuine, and hope SWA is to fix issues much greater than my single pain point.

@SouthwestAir Good customer svc is truly that, and limited handoffs to resolution. Unfortunately, it's 0-2 for our family and your airline. This was one ALL in your control to resolve too, but hasn't been.

@united Luckily, Amy Brown of your United Club team was AWESOME in helping us, finally. Ashame we went through 3 other very less helpful, and rude, agents throughout an hour+ before.

@united Different day, same airline story of disappointment. UA4770 long delayed, missed international connection. No options offered, zero customer service level. 🙄
