We didn't even get an apology for selling sick animals to us. Absolute terrible experience dealing with @PetSmart.

Bought two Guinea Pigs for our daughter, and they gave her ringworm!! No more purchases from @PetSmart. WE contacted the store, and were told there was nothing they could do. TERRIBLE #customerservice.

"GM has agreed to pay 10% of the repair cost for your engine, and that's what the GM participation amount is. There will be no more participation than that" That's what I got from @GM. I'm done with @chevy, and I'm done with @GM. Absolutely unacceptable.
