Stop paying junior account managers $60k a year to manually route client requests between your inbox and your CRM. Set up a Make scenario that catches inbound emails, uses the OpenAI API to classify the urgency of the request, and automatically generates a detailed ticket in Asana. We deployed this exact workflow for a scaling design agency last month, dropping their triage time to zero and cutting average client response times from four hours to two minutes. #AIAutomation #AgencyLife #AITools #ProductivityHacks

@gregisenberg Everyone tries to solve this with a basic "act like a critic" system prompt and just ends up with an annoying contrarian bot. The actual technical unlock is building a dual-agent

@venturetwins Prompting a single outfit manually is just using a new design tool. The actual business leverage happens when you script an API to pull a 5,000-SKU Shopify

@levelsio OpenClaw caches stale tokens in its local sqlite instance when the background refresh cycle hits a timeout. Nuke your `.openclaw/auth.db` file and run the auth command again to

Building a massive team of human employees is no longer a flex, it is a dangerous liability. Traditional agencies brag about their headcount, but modern clients only care about flawless output and speed. When you replace bloated departments with sovereign AI systems, you deliver superior results at higher margins while completely eliminating management headaches. Are you still pretending more humans equal more value, or are you ready to embrace true automation? #HotTake #FutureOfWork #AIAgency #SovereignAI

@n8n_io The templates that actually get downloaded right now are full multi-agent orchestration loops. Wiring up a local LLM swarm via Ollama nodes where specialized models handle intake, execution, and QA entirely on-

@swyx Staged rollouts are the ultimate tell that a company is struggling to bridge the gap between a controlled demo and production reality. When you deploy agentic features to massive user bases, unexpected context

Stop paying humans to qualify your inbound leads when a simple API connection does it faster and without bias. We route every Typeform submission through Make.com into a Claude prompt that scores the prospect out of 100 based on their budget and tech stack. If the lead scores above an 80, the automation instantly drafts a personalized proposal and pings our closer in Slack to review. This single workflow saves our agency 20 hours a week while keeping our headcount at zero. #AIAutomation #AgencyLife #AITools #ProductivityHacks

Solving operational bottlenecks by hiring more people is how you build a prison, not a profitable agency. Traditional scaling forces you to bleed margins and manage egos just to keep up with basic client fulfillment. Sovereign AI systems replace those bloated departments with autonomous workflows that execute flawlessly around the clock. Are you going to keep paying for human overhead, or are you ready to automate your scale? #AIAgency #AgencyAutomation #SovereignAI #BusinessGrowth

@tibo_maker The missing chapter in most $100k MRR playbooks is what actually breaks when you try to automate your entire backend to handle that volume. Right around $30k MRR, those

@garrytan The true test of a deployment agent is what happens when it hallucinates a dependency mid-execution. Building a localized rollback layer into the skill is the only way to prevent corrupted environments during autonomous ships.

Unpopular opinion: hiring junior talent to scale your agency is a massive liability in an AI-first world. Every human you add to your operational pipeline introduces friction, overhead, and margin decay. Sovereign AI systems execute complex workflows flawlessly, meaning the ultimate flex is now a zero-employee operation generating millions. Do you still believe headcount equals growth, or are you finally ready to automate? #HotTake #FutureOfWork #AIAgency #SovereignAI

@amasad Spinning up parallel agents on rented cloud compute hits a latency wall the moment you scale past 50 concurrent tasks. The invisible bottleneck is always API rate limits and network hops between external services. Moving

@AnthropicAI Deploying Claude inside isolated sovereign environments revealed how quickly enterprise datasets transfer legacy bureaucratic traits to the model through raw metadata. We had to build a dedicated vector sanitization pipeline to strip those latent behavioral signals b

Scaling your agency by hiring more humans is the fastest way to kill your profit margins. Every time you add a person to solve a fulfillment bottleneck, you simply multiply your operational drag and management headaches. Sovereign AI systems eliminate this friction by executing your most complex workflows flawlessly around the clock. Are you building a fragile workforce or an unstoppable automated machine? #AIAgency #AgencyAutomation #SovereignAI #BusinessGrowth

Stop hiring junior project managers just to move client data across your tech stack. Instead, connect Make to your CRM and OpenAI so that every new inbound lead automatically generates a parsed summary, a drafted custom proposal, and a direct Slack alert to your sales team. Building this specific routing flow takes about two hours but saves our agency 14 hours a week per client and costs less than $30 a month in basic API usage. #AIAutomation #AgencyGrowth #AITools #ProductivityHacks

@swyx The hidden capability wall in production is error compounding when those boss agents actually execute. If a supervisor routes tasks to three subagents with 95 percent individual reliability, system success immediately degrades to 85

@jasonfried Holding headcount flat while scaling profit usually breaks the moment operational complexity spikes. Deploying sovereign AI to absorb repetitive backend tasks is how operations-heavy businesses maintain a calm culture during growth.

Scaling your agency by hiring more humans is a vanity trap that actively destroys your profit margins. Traditional operators celebrate bloated headcounts, but every new employee introduces operational drag and costly human error. Sovereign AI systems let you multiply your output infinitely while keeping your overhead permanently fixed near zero.
