@virginmedia I suggest you make clear if and how you can help & limitations at start of conversations . That would make for better communication.

@virginmedia I’ve tried that with VM staff called Marick on 23 Oct for nearly 3 hours - dreadful experience as M had no understanding of issue , said returning my overcharge was ‘good will’ & took ages to answer.I’ve screenshot stuff of conversation. Another example of poor VM service

@virginmedia Yet again more disappointing customer service, no solutions & more of my time wasted & will be wasted trying to resolve tomorrow no doubt - it’s exasperating .

@virginmedia Open Details of the complaint - C-231021127. Very frustrating to be going through this yet again with VM staff. Since July: outages, over charging, not calling back despite promises to, passing off overcharge refund as Goodwill. I could go on . Dreadful. Would not recommend

@virginmedia Not yet resolved. Raised a complaint again today. Phoned several times & told someone would phone me back but nobody did. Very poor customer service yet again.

@TrackieW Once I saw you guessed A-ha guy correctly I knew your were at Man City level & I was West Brom equivalent! Guessed zero correctly. Would never have got Joss Stone in a million years 🙈
